General Delivery info

Orders placed before 2:30 pm usually ship out the same day maximum tomorrow from Dubai, UAE. Free standard shipping is offered on:
– DOMESTIC orders > 150AED

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the UAE, there is a limited range of delivery services available, and we cannot be responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible, but please note there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns during our peak seasons (sales, holiday seasons, and promotions)

Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please be aware, however, that our service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order signed for in a building, for example, an office address provided for delivery.

Courier will call the receiver before delivery, If no one can received the delivery, the driver will make two delivery attempts on two consecutive business days. If no one is still available to receive the package, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note that your order may be shipped in eco packaging during the sales period.

During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be with you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Outside the UAE, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before making purchases, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 3 days of order receipt if there is damaged, defect or incorrect delivered items. An RA number must be provided. Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.

During regular business hours, email requests are immediately processed. If, for any reason, you don’t receive a timely response, please give us a call.
Once an RA number is received, please specify if you want an exchange or refund and identify the reason. Securely pack items and we will send the courier to collect it.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders may be returned within 3 days of receipt if there is damaged, defect or incorrectly shipped items. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received.  Customers will receive a full refund including the ahipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction
